1. Nature of the service

MiroTiper provides an informational digital membership focused on sports analysis, data views, AI tools, editorial and audio material, live scores and community content.

MiroTiper is not a bookmaker or betting intermediary. It does not accept, hold or place users’ stakes, enter into wagers or pay winnings. Any decision to use the information for betting is made independently by the user with a third party.

2. Age and eligibility

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. Users must also meet the legal requirements that apply where they use the service.

The service must not be used where access to or use of this type of content would be unlawful.

3. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for accurate information and for protecting their login details. An account is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred without the provider’s permission.

Access is based on the active membership. Administrators and editors may have access required to manage content and the system.

4. Orders, payment and activation

Membership is paid by a manual one-off payment for the displayed plan. It is not an automatically renewing subscription, and no recurring payment is charged without a separate instruction.

Access is activated manually after payment is verified. Displaying payment instructions or sending proof does not by itself mean access has been activated.

The price, access period and included products are shown before payment.

5. No guaranteed outcome

Sports analysis, modelled probabilities, odds, line-ups, statistics and human selections rely on available information, which may be incomplete, delayed or change.

No pick, confidence percentage, historical success rate or return calculation guarantees a future result or profit. Users must not treat the content as personal financial advice.

6. Availability and changes

The provider may reasonably change, repair or temporarily restrict the service for maintenance, security, data-source changes or legal obligations. Material changes to paid access should be communicated clearly.

The service may contain third-party data and links. Their availability, accuracy and terms are not fully controlled by MiroTiper.

7. Acceptable use

Content is for personal use. Bulk copying, automated extraction, resale, public redistribution, or bypassing access and security controls is not allowed without permission.

Access may be suspended for misuse, fraud, account sharing, attacks on the service or unlawful conduct. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

MiroTiper designs, brands, text, analysis, audio, software and original visual material are protected to the extent applicable. Club and league logos and third-party content belong to their respective owners.

9. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. For payment or access issues, contact the MiroTiper admin on Telegram: @MiroTiperAdmin.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for users’ decisions with bookmakers, odds changes, sports results or indirect losses. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
